    Recruitment

    Men in MENtoring Toolkit
Recruiting male mentors is one of the biggest challenges programs report.  The majority of mentors have always been female while the majority of youth in need of a mentor have been male. Our friends at Mentor Michigan have created a toolkit specifically for male mentor recruitment.

    Volunteer Appreciation

Seeking Nominations for the Second Annual Vermont Mentors! Mentoring Champion Award
January is National Mentoring Month; a time when we celebrate Vermont’s many successful mentoring relationships, especially the adults who take time out of their busy lives to build a caring relationship with a child in their community, the mentoring programs that sustain them, and the partners who make the programs possible.  Nominations due by October 16th, 2009.
