"The future of our society depends on children who believe in the beauty, glory and imagination of their dreams. We must encourage them to believe."

Featured Program
Work it Out

WORK IT OUT is a fitness-based mentoring program where adults are matched with 12-18 year olds to work out and connect on a weekly basis. The RAP (Rutland Area Prevention) Coalition collaborates with The Vermont Sport and Fitness Club and the Green Mountain Rock Climbing Center to offer free memberships to mentor matches. Ultimately, the relationships can expand over time to include other activities such as swimming, biking, hiking and winter sports. The program's mission is to promote healthy lifestyles, goal setting and self-worth through physical activities with a mentor.

Please contact Work it Out mentoring by phone at 802-483-2278 or by email at domalley@rmhsccn.org or cbarbic@rmhsccn.org.
